Goals

Our vision is to create a quality and innovative F&B culture at hospitals and make the department one of the most profit making sections of the hospital and also create a peaceful ambiance for the bystanders and provide dietary food for patients. We create a professional kitchen, the process that starts with drawing the plan, construction of the kitchen, implementation of the most modern types of equipment etc. Planning of the menu is based on a detailed study on the type and frequency of the visitors.

Challenges

Under the present circumstances people from all over the hospitals, may it be the patients’ or the bystanders and even the management, all are used to the conventional ordinary catering patterns. Now, this has to change! we have to educate the hospital management about the importance of providing a healthy diet with a beautiful ambiance with quality food for the patients. It will give a value addition to the hospital. We also need to educate the patients that need not go with “eat what they get” instead they can “eat what a want” as per the medical condition.

Process

Our staff are highly trained professionals from Keco consultancy with a  reputation of high-quality service culture and hygiene oriented operations. Food served under our supervision go through thorough quality checks and restaurants are monitored and maintained at par with industry standards.

Outcome

Patience and bystanders can spend a lot of time in the Peaceful ambiance by enjoying dietary food specialties of their preference, as we have a wide variety of menu items under our specialty. A healthy diet is everything for a person and we see happy faces all over wherever we have restaurant/ F&B operations running under our consultation and We always try to maintain a steady happy relationship with our clients and make sure they do the same with their customers.
